Intended uses of the CleverCOAT for textile

Water based spray CleverCOAT for textile was designed in 2010 for super hydrophobic protection of the textile and leather in home and car interior for textile, upholstery to protect from dirty liquids: water and oil.

Product also can be applied for leather, paper, stone and in no painted wood for super hydrophobic protection.

Product is DIY and easy application. Necessary only wet surface by spraying and wait full dry.

Product description

Nanotech spray CleverCOAT for Textile is preparation of modified hybrid materials in aqueous solution for dirt and water repellent. It doesn’t content dangerous components and looks like water without any smell.

Product pass

1. Certification environment-friendliness with Ecotex 100 Standard class I-IV (it is direct contact for baby clothing) – certificate from the famous institute of Hohenstein, Germany.
2. Certification food safety - CBA certificate.
3. Certification durability and UV resistance – Polymer Service certificate.

Nanotech hydrophobic spray applicable in textile and other materials absorbed water in normal state. Other words if water can penetrate into material product can work. It is easy preliminary testing – if textile absorbs water drop spray in normal state - CleverCOAT for Textile can protect such textile or other material.

Product forms in fibers inside textile super hydrophobic coating as water evaporate after sprayed and textile will full dry. Due to the nano particles in product - protective coating invisible for human and don’t change appearance or structure of the fabric or other material.

Less moisten of the textile with high density (felt, thick wool, microfiber etc.) is enough for protection and more quantity product for textile with low density (gauze, hosiery etc.) is necessary for same areas.

Application

Product can be applied only to clean surfaces without dirt to have an excellent water and dirt repellent effect. Presented impurities like salts prevent to forming hydrophobic protective coating in textile and other surfaces. As well salts also easy destroy already formed hydrophobic protective coating. It is reason of limitation scope of using CleverCOAT for textile in field where washing is not using or use rarely. For example for protection shoes, caps, soft furniture, carpets, window curtain and similar. If textile need to wash necessary re-coat the surface again. So 1 year lasting effect for application without washing.

• Always test on imperceptible small surface firsts.
• Evenly coat product in surface.
• Dry surface under room temperature (from +5 °C to 25 °C).
• Don’t apply product before 5 °C.
• Don’t recommend apply product for preliminary waxed footwear because oil is enemy for nano particles.
