Intended uses of the CleverCOAT wood premier

CleverCOAT wood is a two-component, all season water repellent product for the protection of all types (unpainted by polymer paints) of natural wood, plywood, chipboard and etc.

It is designed for protection decks, terraces, wooden construction, houses, fences, facades, garden furniture, flower pots, greenhouses and etc.

Product description

It is a non-toxic, water-based protective coating prepared using nanotechnology and natural dyes. Main nano component is silica penetrates into the wood and forms durable permeable/breathable surface protective coating. The protective properties are increasing after protection and reach to maximum level in about a year. Protected surfaces effectively resist to fungi, rot, algae, spores, etc., ultraviolet irradiation, weathering, cracking and deformation of products when water ingress. Coating is produced without antiseptics, which are dangerous to human health and the environment, but it good resists to harmful insects and etc.

CleverCOAT wood PREMIER - the first product of two-component protection. It is a milky or tinted liquid, inclined to gelatinization. Product is not hydrophobic and can be washed off by water. Do not use it separately for protection. It is used only as substrate for second component - CleverCOAT wood finish.

Please shake the package or agitate product before use to have liquid form. Apply with a brush or roll in cleaned surface when dry weather at a temperature more 5 ° C. Consumption is 100 g / m2. It is recommended to use protective gloves, glasses or a mask if there possibility of splashing. Drying time if from 2 to 4 hours. After coating, clean the tools by water with detergents.

Keep container closed. Do not allow the product to freeze during storage. Shelf life is 2 years from the manufactured date (on the packing).

Product is prepared according to existing legislation European Union. Product has not volatile matter and holds the nano components tight inside its structure. Nano particles cannot be separated one from polymer mixture. It guarantees that nano-sized particles do not get “loose” and incur to human organism and harm our health and surrounding environment.

Lasting effect: up to 15 years depend from external environment.
