Partners interested in cooperation with the factory and wishing to receive more information about the products can order a batch of “test drive” at dealer prices, regardless of the quantity of ordered goods.
The factory provides this service once that partner determines the potential of products in the local market and test products. Test drive order form here. If a representative with exclusive territory rights already operates in the region, we will inform him about it and with your consent we will forward the request to the representative.
To calculate the volume of the local market, we recommend a starting amount not more 2% of the potential market for Nanoformula products. The calculation of the potential market is based on the fact that only 10% of families in the region will buy 1 product once a year. This is an underestimate however it will be nice to see that the actual sales potential is higher.
The price of sales in the region is a question that is interested in every partner who studies the potential of this business. They ask us: “At what prices possible for selling?” The factory cannot indicate a specific price. However, this is also impossible. Each region has its own nuances: buying attitude and prevailing trends, income level of the population and the availability of similar products on the market, ways of selling products: through a supermarket chain or in specialized stores, using network marketing, in an online store and by other ways. Therefore, the sales prices can reasonably be determined by the partner himself.
When the factory is committed to sell products only to a partner in the territory fixed in the contract, we also expect a minimum level volume of purchases for that region per month, year, etc. In this case we do not indicate how the sales price should be. But this indicator directly affects the trade turnover and in the event of an overestimated level of selling prices in the market, demand may down and it will be impossible to fulfil obligations to keep the volume of purchases for confirmation the rights to the territory which will lead to the loss of these rights.
The minimum lots vary depend on country. They are determined by transportation way and other related costs so that do not more10% of the ordered lot. In this regard, the minimum lots for the EU countries will be less than for the non-EU countries.

Franchise Nanoformula -bottling and collecting products locally received from the factory in bulk packaging. Some products are delivered as liquids ready for bottling, while the other are supplied as a concentrate which necessary to be diluted before bottling. The franchisee included the exclusive right to the territory and use of the Nanoformula, CleverCLEAN, CleverCOAT trademarks.
Products bottling is a non-hazardous, environmentally friendly process without waste. For a franchise a production facility with an area of 100 m2 or more is required with electricity connections and general ventilation. The building should have simple lifting and loading mechanisms for receiving raw materials, packaging and sending products lots to consumers. The franchise is calculated for 2 staff.
This way of cooperation allows to have a minimum operating costs, minimum importing raw materials cost and accordingly low prices for products. One-time spending for a franchise is 1000 Euro, other spending are for the purchase of equipment, raw materials, packaging and related costs, which are mandatory in the manufacture of any product.
The decision to buy a franchise involves homework:
- Find a suitable working room suitable for bottling Nanoformula products.
- Request suitable equipment from us: labeling machine, filling machine, bottle capping machine. However perhaps such suitable equipment is already available...
- Evaluate the possibility of purchasing packaging for products locally: bottles, corks, sprayers, cans, cartons, pallets. We will provide recommendations.
- Evaluate the possibility of producing the labels locally. Label files, recommendations for label material will be sent.

We believe that before deciding to buy a franchise, the partner already has an idea of how much and what products he wants to produce for the region but if this is not the case, then it is probably wiser to start with a test drive order to find out what products are in demand for market.
The factory supervises and assist in the design of the bottling line: equipment; design of zones; packing recommendations; preparation of label projects for placing an order in a printing workshop; organization of the production process and in finally we will participate in the start-up and adjustment of production on site.
The profitability of this business is high, typical of innovative and quality products. The pay-back time is approximately two years and depends on the capacity of manufactured and sold products. You will already recoup your franchise acquisition costs by manufacturing and selling a maximum of 13,000 product units.
